We here at The New News are launching our very first initiative! OPERATION GUARDIAN SUPPORT (OGS) will provide Ukrainian forces and medical personnel with non-lethal and medical aid. Utilizing our advisors regarding what is considered to be top-rated equipment, or specific to the request of the personnel on the ground. Operation Guardian Support will be delivering supplies into Ukraine. As always, we continue with the mission to be "the news that gives back!"
What Does My Donation Do?
Donations made to Operation Guardian Support will go to two key needs!
1. Medical Supplies - For assisting with treating combat and civilian casualties. OGS will provide consumable medical equipment such as tourniquets, combat gauze, splints, elastic bandages, emergency trauma dressings, etc.
2. Non-Lethal Equipment - For assisting Ukrainian troops and legionnaires with much needed equipment for effective fighting in the field. This includes boot socks, combat boots, plate carriers, level IV ballistic plates, ballistic helmets, slings, equipment pouches, ruck-packs, tactical belts, and other basic equipment needed for the soldier in the field to be effective!
Additionally, what doesn't go towards the equipment itself will be paying for the logistics to ensure it's safe arrival to those who need it!
How Can I Be Sure My Donations Are Going To The Cause?
The New News was founded on the principle that we will never make a cent off of our work. We have been open about our finances, even without initiatives. Additionally, a separate account was established for our initiatives to ensure that the funds are not used for average day-to-day operations at TNN.
Finally, we will also be releasing regular financial reports directly from our accounts to show the public how much money is being received and how/where it is being spent. Photos with unique identifying marks will also be used as evidence upon delivery (and posted here)! We encourage the public to scrutinize our transparency, openness, and effectiveness of operations.

Aren't LLC's Meant To Be For-Profit
Yes! However, there is immense difficulty in establishing a 501c3 designation as an organization. This is one of our steps to becoming a proper non-profit organization. The New News LLC was established with the intent of ensuring that the organization was secure as a brand, with the intent to change the designation in the future. Until then, we will operate in the same capacity (and enjoy explaining it to tax officials when the time comes)!
